It spots replies, auto-replies and bounces in your inbox and links them to the right thread.

A strategy per intent: move toward the goal, handle the objection, ask for an introduction, wait, close, unsubscribe, hand off to a person or follow up again.

Drafts: approve and send, or ask for “another version,” “shorter,” “more formal” or “friendlier.”

Classifying replies doesn’t use quota; drafts do. An inbox with Waiting, Needs a person, Open and Closed.
What it doesn’t do
For now, it never sends replies without your approval. Automatic mode is coming to the Growth plan.
